Stress!

I am sorry I haven't posted in a couple of days.  It has been crazy busy with school starting and homework.  I will try to be better!

Wow!  First of all, it has been great having mom here!  Tonight is her last night here.  She has a test for some potential job tomorrow, please pray that something will come of that!  She got past the first initial application and this is the next step, so we will see!  Today she is going to go to school with me, so she can see just how good I am! :) Tonight mom and I are going to make chicken parmesan!! Yum!  Then we are all going to play "Monopoly", and I am going to show them how the game is played! Wish me luck! :)

I have this huge government project!!  I need to find contact information for about 30 people who serve in our nation or in Colorado.  For example the president, secretary of state, etc.  It is a big job!  I have found all of their addresses and phone numbers, but I guess there is more.  So, I will have to figure out what else there is to do.  It is coming pretty good, slowly but surely!

Another thing that is stressing me out is I am in a speech class.  My first speech, about myself, is tomorrow.  Please pray that it goes good!  Then another thing that is a bummer with that class, is the next three speeches we give have to be on the class right before it, government.  The reason that this is a problem and worries me, is it will be difficult for me to remember all of that information.  Where if I could talk about whatever I wanted, I wouldn't have such a hard time.  Please continue to pray for my memory.

This Wednesday I have my first quiz.  It is in government.  Thankfully for me, it is open note and open book.  The thing that I am worried about though is the professor is only giving 20 minutes to do it, since it is open book.  I do get double time since someone has to read me the questions, so I will get 40 minutes...but, I am still worried about being able to find the information in that amount of time.  So, please pray that I will be able to do what I need to do, and do well on the quiz!

Overall, I am really happy with how school has been going.  I feel like I am way ahead of where I was at this point last semester.  I continue to be thankful for the fact that my classes are in the same buildings as last semester, that has been a huge help!  I went to school by myself yesterday and had no problems.  The students, or atleast most of them, continue to be very helpful and nice.  It is so clear to me that I am where I am supposed to be and that God is walking with me every step of the way!  I know there are alot of prayer requests in here, but I do thank you for all of your prayers!
