Groucho's anyone?

So, not too much has been going on here the past couple of days...however, Sarah had to work today.  She works at a local sub restaurant called "Groucho's".  She comes home from college some weekends and on breaks (such as this Christmas break) and is able to work there.  It is really nice, because she can be as consistent, or inconsistent as she wants to be with her work schedule, which works well with her college life.

So, today for lunch, my family was planning on going there.  Sarah had given us some coupons, so it gave us good reason to go.  My grandma called right before we were leaving and asked us if we wanted to come to her house for lunch.  We told her what we were planning to do and invited her to come along.  She agreed.  Overall, it is sad how bad her hearing and memory  is getting.  They both  seem to be deteriorating very quickly, which is hard to see...especially when I haven't seen her in a while.  However, looking past the sad part of her hearing loss and memory, it is rather funny!  We were sitting at the table and she continues to hear things wrong, or forget what she said.  She asked the same thing several times, or she hears things wrong, and it can be pretty funny!

Today a couple of guys are coming over and all of the men in my house along with the guys coming over are going to begin to move things into storage.  We have several boxes packed that we will not need.  So, they will begin with those.  They are going to move the piano to a friends house, so that won't have to go in stoarge.  So, the move is coming along pretty good, or atleast it will be coming along good once everyone gets here!

I talked with my friend/old roomate today.  I am so excited to see her in January when i go to back to Colorado.  She has planned out a skiing trip for us and a few other people.  That will be alot of fun!  I loved skiing when I was able to do it last January with the Center for the Blind.  I am really looking forward to that!

Dad has been continuing to look for an apartment for us to go to when we go back to Colorado.  He has found one that seems like it will be a good lead.  Hopefullly that will all turn out!  We will see!
