Mini meal

Well, as most of you know, I want to come home as quickly as possible.  My teacher wasn't asking me about the next graduation requirement, and I felt like I had waited long enough in between the dinner party, so, I asked her about it.  She said said I should do a trial run of taco's making them all by myself and if that went well it would be okay.  So, today I made the beef for the taco's put together ten taco's, she tried one, made one suggestion, but said I could start preparing my dinner party!  So, on to the next requirement!Here we go for a three course meal for fifteen!

I am supposed to go skiing again this Friday, but today is Wednesday and I don't feel good.  We will see how I feel tomorrow to see if I will be able to go or not.  I had so much fun last time going downhill with all of the turns and stuff.  We will see what happens.

I now have I think five knife holes cut out in my knife holder.  So that is coming along pretty good.  I am hoping to be able to do another project after this one, but we will see.  Maybe a paper towel holder or a chip and dip holder.

Otherwise not much going on here.
