The new job

Today I was starting my job.  I left for and on the way, dressed in business casual clothes, ran into a pole and fell off the sidewalk.  Not the start to a great job experience that I was hoping for!  Once I got there, it got better.

I was a part of three business meetings throughout the day.  One was where we all introduced ourselves and talked about the plans for the enxt month.  The second was with the marketing comittee to talk about that kind of stuff.  Then the third and final was with the president and founder to talk about some different kinds of things.  It was pretty cool to meet him.  The only down part of the job today was that the person who was supposed to pick me up was pretty late...to say the least!  It all worked out ok though.

I will be working here for two weeks then the summer program is over.  I am excited to be making some money and it seems like it will be a pretty fun job.  The people all seem to be nice.  I know this a great experince.
