Gone

Today not only did we have Gavin but at the end of the day we had our three neighbor girls for a little bit. It was quite crazy.....4 kids going nuts in a pool. lol Two years ago I went to California with Sarah and it was a blast and we took TONS of pictures but never got around to printing them. When we finally printed them, or at least one of them, we realized that our printer doesn't print good pictures. So, it took me two years but yesterday I took a CD with the pictures of California and the cruise on there. I'm planning on starting the California scrapbook next week while Tessa is here so she can help me with remembering and places and stuff. So that will be fun.

Besides tomorrow (if even then) I won't be posting until like Monday. I'm leaving for a conference early Thursday morning. I will try to post Monday and tell you how it went.

Chripractic

Just thought I'd write a quick note before I go to bed. I'm really tired so it will be really quick. lol Anyways....I have been having a headache like almost everyday for the past month or so. Mom took me to the Chiropractor and to make a long story short, I'm in bad shape. I guess the back of my neck should be curvy and its almost completely straight. Anyways, I have to go three times a week for a month!! Yucky, but if it takes away my headaches it's TOTALLY worth it. Major praise report.....the Chiropractor lady is a Christian and knows mom and has been giving mom a free visit every other week. So when mom took me and was about to pay she said we wouldn't have to pay....that is huge because it's like $30 a visit so that is like $90 a week and yeah so that was a major blessing. Well, I'm like falling asleep....very long day ttyl!

The Big Mo

This morning was a good day at church. We had lasagna for lunch because mom had to work. It got up to 100 degrees today so we swam most of the day. I'm like so tired from lack of sleep and I won't get much this week either....ugh! lol Atleast this boy we're babysitting this week is good and easy so if we want to go shopping or go out to eat or something it isn't a big deal to take him with. Plus I need the money because later in July I'm going with some friends to Wilmington just to go to the beach, go shopping, and just hang out. My friend's uncle works at a hotel and got us a REALLY good deal so we are stay at the Hilton for only $55 a night!! Plus we're splitting that between 3-4 girls so it's even cheaper. But we will still need to eat and of course we'll go shopping so even though it came at a bad time and it's a pain in the butt, it's probably a good thing that we are babysitting. Well, I'll ttyl!

Babysit, babysit, babysit!!

Well, this week went relatively well. We babysat Ellie and Lily everyday from 7-5:30. And this started the day after we got back.....very busy. Anyways, I thought well, I'll have the weekend and beginning of the week until I leave for my youth conference. Then I find out we need to babysit someone else starting Mon. and we do it right up until we leave and when we come back!! Anyways, here are some pictures of my little cousins.

Quick NOte

Well, we are back and busy already! Babysitting my two little cousins and my older cousin from LA is here and so that is fun. I have to make this a quick note because Ellie and Lily (cousins who we are babysitting) should be here any minute. I'm soo tired. I haven't had a good night sleep in like a couple weeks. Today I have my first Chiropractor appointment. I have had a headache 10/15 day these past couple weeks and so I'm going to get that checked out this morning. Last night at church we talked about purity....it was really good. Its a study by Lisa Bevere. She is good and funny. Next week at this time I'll be getting ready to leave. I'm going to a youth conference. It should be great! Well, Ellie and Lily like almost here so I have to go. ttyl

I can't talk long 'cause tonight is our last night. :( We are pigging out tonight. lol We had Spaghetti for dinner, Crepes for dessert, later we are having S'mores, and then for a midnight snack macaroni and cheese. :) Hey its party night! lol I'm going to gain ten pounds! Mountains

We had a long day of driving today. From Kansas to Denver and then from Denver to Dillon. I'm so worn out. I took a couple pictures of the mountains. This view is right out of our Condo window. It's amazing! The pics prolly won't show the beauty of where we are but.....Here they are!

There is this huge yard so the boys are liking that. They are playing catch and football and having fun. With the green grass, lake, and mountains it is just beautiful....It makes you wonder how people can think all this happened in a "Big Bang"?

All I can say is I wish I was staying longer! lol. Here in Dillon where these condos are there is not only this great view but shopping, great food, hiking, biking, and so much more! The weather is good. It gets a little chilly and I only brought one pair of jeans so.....but otherwise it's nice and sunny. I love it here!

Kansas

Just thought I would write a quick note before bed.....nothing is going on here. The services have been good. Today we went to the youth center and just hung out there. It was ok. It's more for the fellowship than the fun. There really isn't anything to do here so we pretty much just hang out, talk, tv, and play cards. lol Lots o' fun! Actually it really is because these are like my friends who I see only once a year sometimes longer and they are pks also. I am having fun but miss everyone!! Well, I'm like really tired so I will ttyl!

22 hrs

Yesterday we were all up for 22 straight hours.....yes, we took a couple cat naps here and there but really how much can you sleep on a plane or car?! Anyways, we got to Denver at about 10:30 or 10:45 Colorado time and we got our bags, got our car, and then met some friends at a strip mall to eat. We had my favorite food! There is this place called Noodles, it is sooo good! The macaroni is the best macaroni you will ever have! Even my mom and dad liked it....thats a big deal!! Anyways, then Mr Joe and Dad left for Kansas and Mrs. Karen, Andrew B, Andrew Z, Alicia, Sarah, and I all went shopping and then we left for Kansas. We got into Kansas about 11ish. We said hey to all of our friends and then went to bed. It was a good day! I'm not sure what we are planing to do today....the only bad thing about where we're staying is....it smells like cow poop. No joke! It stinks really bad! lol We all decided we are going to ALWAYS have lotion on and just smell our hands. lol Well, hope you had a great day.

Swim, swim

Today it was like 94 outside and the pool got up to 88!!! That is the warmest its been all year! Mom, Dad, Sarah, and I all swam for a couple hours. It was great. I'm going to miss it this week. :( I still can't believe I have to get up at 4 a.m. tomorrow!! :o This week and next week I don't know how much I will be posting because this week I'll be in Colorado and next week my cousin is here and we are babysitting Ellie and Lily all day. So I prolly won't be posting much......well, I hope you have a great couple weeks!! I'll take some pics to post! :)

Pack.....

Today I packed for Colorado/Kansas. We leave at 5 A.M. on Monday!!!!! That is like my prime sleeping time.....anyways. Today it was like 97 or something like that. The pool got up to 86!! So Sarah, Dad, and I all went swimming. It was like the perfect temp. So we swam a while, packed, cleaned, then went to Gap for a little while. I got a black cami on clearance for $2. Mine is getting too small. For dinner we had these like little frozen personal pizzas. They were good! Then I cleaned and packed some more. I think I'm going to pack up my computer tonight so I don't have to tomorrow. We'll see. So if I don't post tomorrow I prolly packed it up, unless I just pack it up and then just use a different computer.....we'll see. Anyways, have a great weekend!

Hair cuts!!

This morning we had to wake up early and mom, Sarah, and I all went to get our hair cuts! We took before and after pictures so you could see the difference :) Mom got a trim and Sarah and I went a little more extreme. I got like 3-4 in. cut off! Anyways, here are the pictures.

After getting our haircut and eating lunch Sarah and I had one of our friends (Ashley) to come over and swim. The pool was 84!!! That is the warmest its been this year. It was so nice!
Church was really good again! We did a lot of my favorite songs too! On my Lips, My Saviour Lives, You,You are God, Overtaken, etc. We didn't end up leaving church till 9:45. Mom and Dad went out to eat and now the rest of us are home!! Tomorrow I'm sleeping in sense today I had to wake up early! lol

Night number 2

Well tonight was the second night of Summer Cel. It was, once again, great! Dad asked them where they wanted to go for dinner and they said Ruby Tuesday again! lol So we went only this time we invited the music pastor and his wife, Blain and Stacie Shelton, then we also invited the youth pastor and his wife, Keith and Kerri Solomon. It was a lot of fun. We didn't get home until like 11...about 20 minutes ago. Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut!!! :) YAY! lol Sarah and I might have a friend over to swim or watch movies but we haven't decided yet. Other wise today has been pretty boring. Sarah was gone until 5 so I just read and went on the computer......well, ttyl

First day of Summer Cel.

Today was the first night of Summer Celebration. Every year in the summer we have whats called "Summer Celebration" and we bring in a guest speaker and have three nights of services. This year we got Brian Zahnd (sp??) we heard him two years ago and an EMF conference and really liked him so we brought him to this years summer cel! Tonight he was REALLY REALLY good!

Other than that nothing really happened today. Sarah is spending the night at a friends house, the boys are going to a friends birthday sleepover thing, and my parents are out with the guest speaker and his wife. I was all alone so mom and dad said that when the boys leave (which is in like two minutes) they will drop me off at Ruby Tuesday (where mom and dad are) so I won't be alone!! YAY! lol

Cars, cars, and more....cars!

Grandma and Grandpa left today :( We had a good visit but a short one. I wish they could have stayed longer. Also, we sold our black van to my Aunt and Uncle in MN! I was telling mom, now all of our cars (4) are Mazda's! lol Anyways, I finally took some pictures of Matthews car. So here they are!! His first car with his own money!

Rain rain.....

Where do I start? Well, yesterday I woke up with a 101 fever and not feeling very well. I took some medicine and ate breakfast. I was feeling a little better so decided to try to go to my cousin's birthday party. It had been planned for a while so I thought I would try to go and if I had to I could leave. It went good. There were a lot of kids there. I think they all had a good time and so did Ellie.

Today after church we were going to celebrate Andrew's graduation. Uncle Andy, Aunt Denise, the girls, and grandma all came over and we made hamburgers and hot dogs. Luckily it stopped raining for a little while so they could grill without having to move it. Then we just fellowshipped and had dessert. After they left we just kinda hung out and then I prepared for my sermon. You see, every time grandma and grandpa visit Sarah and I always do a church service. So we sang a song I preached...more like shared and then Sarah did. It was nice. Then we played skip-bo. I didn't win :( Oh well! We had Papa John's Pizza for dinner and then watched "One Night With the King" it was good. I think grandma and grandpa enjoyed it....who knows!

It has been raining both yesterday and today. We need it VERY badly but at the same time....I hate rain. lol Once I stop raining I will take a picture of Matthew's new car to put up, but like I said its been raining so I haven't been able to take one. I also took a couple pictures today of my three cousins so I will put those up as soon as I get them on here.

Arg....Pirates!

Well, today I woke up late, had breakfast, and just kinda hung out. Guess what?! Matthew bought his first car!!! I will post pictures soon, I promise! It is a Mazda Protege like Andrew's only silver and a couple years newer. It is in good condition and he got a really good deal. It is really pretty. Anyways, then we had lunch and I went to Gap because they were having a big sale. I got some tanks and t-shirt's for 3.50 each!! :) I was happy! Then we came home and had our annual water gun fight. Sarah and I against grandpa.....we lost :(. There might be a rematch tomorrow depending on the weather. Grandma and Grandpa treated to steak for dinner! It was delicious then I went with a little group from church to go see Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. It was definitely not as good as it could have been. But it was still good except for one part. But I won't say what happens in case you haven't seen it ;)
